Villa Franica is a romantic, charming and beautifully decorated villa. Private pool, situated in a large garden, overlooking the fantastic valley of Raša. The house has 3 bedrooms with large king-size beds. Two extra beds are available and can be placed in one of the bedrooms. On the first floor of the house there is the kitchen, living room and dining room, all in an open area. The first bedroom is also on the first floor, together with 1 bathroom. Two more bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the second floor. The ground floor is currently not available, we plan to open it in the future. This villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking for peace and privacy.
Sutivanac is a small village in the centre of Istria. The area is known for delicious asparagus and amazing wine. The valley of the river Raša, which all the way to the brilliant Adriatic Sea, is the amazing property of the village. The view is absolutely spectacular. The evenings are quiet, the mornings are fresh, and the sea is nearby.
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
