2. Scope of Services
Feraneo Tourist Agency acts as an intermediary between Guests and Property Owners. We facilitate booking arrangements and provide relevant information but do not own, operate, or manage any of the Properties.
3. Booking Process

Bookings are made via our website or directly through our representatives.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Property Owner.

A deposit (percentage specified during booking) is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable as per the payment terms provided during the booking process.
4. Prices and Fees

Prices are listed per Property and may vary based on the season, occupancy, and duration of stay.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Any additional services (e.g., cleaning, transfers) may incur extra charges, disclosed prior to booking.
5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies:
100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information.

Guests are expected to respect the Property, comply with house rules, and avoid disturbances.

Any damage or loss caused by the Guest must be compensated directly to the Property Owner.
7. Property Descriptions and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of property descriptions and photos.

However, the final condition and amenities of the Property are the responsibility of the Property Owner.

Feraneo Tourist Agency is not liable for any discrepancies, accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the stay.
8. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times vary by Property and will be specified in the booking confirmation.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and may incur additional charges.
9. Force Majeure
Feraneo Tourist Agency is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

11. Intellectual Property
