The entire property is fully fenced, for your privacy. There are 8 sun loungers and two parasols by the pool. The beautiful, sunny and safe garden has a trampoline, a barbecue and a large dining table. The villa is perfect for a family with children and pets or groups of friends.
The entire interior is air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with large windows, three bedrooms each with its own luxurious bathroom
Gajmovići is a small village in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The area is widely known for its extra virgin olive oil, excellent prosciutto and delicious white and red wine. There are many good restaurants in the area (we recommend the restaurant Peron 2 in Cerovlje, Ladonja in Žminj and Lovac in Pazin, all within 15 minutes). The Plodine supermarket and Lidl supermarket are 10 minutes away, and the nearest beach is only 25 minutes from the house.
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
