The newly built house is organized as follows: On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and an extra toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In each bedroom there is room for two people, which means that the house has a capacity of 10 guests.
The interior is fully air-conditioned.

You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
