The villa is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula in a small village Drenje near Labin. The area is very quiet but all necessary shops can be reached in a few minutes. The beautiful Ravni beach is only 2 km away.
In Labin there are three supermarkets, two petrol stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old town centre and a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic.
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
